Winter Percussion
Drumline consists of the marching percussion ("battery") and front ensemble ("pit") sections of the marching band. Winter percussion (known also as "indoor percussion" or "winter drumline") brings together elements of music performance, marching, and theater. This group competes against area high schools and in regional competitions on the Southeastern Color Guard Circuit (SCGC) and Winter Guard International (WGI). In 2023, Ravenwood won 10th place in PSO class in the entire nation!
